Slow sunroof, what's the best place to grease it up?

My sunroof is incredibly slow opening and closing, and I'm guessing it just needs to be lubricated. I've already tried the visible tracks in the front, but I was wondering if there were other spots that really free it up. Any suggestions?

Mine is the same way if I haven't used it in a while, like at the end of the summer. Once I start using it regularly again over the winter it smooths out. I know this doesn't answer your question - I've asked the same but haven't found an answer yet...

Noticed my 2000 996 C4 sunroof is much slower than any other I have owned in the past... I would love to know if there is something we can do to speed it up.

Brian :)

Checked my reference and there's no call out for lubrication of the sliding/tilting roof mechanism.

The recesses need to be kept clean, vacuuming out any dirt/plant litter that may accumulate, but beyond that...
