Winter
I am taking my car off the road this winter. This is the first time doing such an event. I know that my PCA guys say keep it on the road and the others say that they are doing the same thing, winter storage. I have searched out a list of things to do.... Fuel stabilzer, inflate tires, wash car, full tank of fuel, battery tender.
Could you who are out there and storing your car fill in any of the above for me? How much to "over inflate tires" as an example.

I used to have a 1966 Corvette that I didn't drive in inclement weather and I stored it during the winter. I used to put jack stands at all four corners to get the tires off the ground to prevent flat-spotting. If you're going to be driving it on "nice" days during the winter you won't have to do this. You may also want to place packaged silica gel in the interior as a moisture absorber.

Whenever I've stored cars in the past, I've just filled the tires to the max psi on the tire rating.
I used to pull the battery and keep it in my basement connected. Then a few days before I was going to pull the car out in the spring, I would put the battery on a tender. Then put the battery in the car.
In recent years, I've not put the battery on a tender.
