Cab Top Won't Close...
 

My 03 C2 top was working great until this morning. When trying to put the top up, the clamshell opened fine but then...nothing. The dashboard icon flashes (only once) about the time the top starts to raise. No weird noises or anything. Tried it from both the dash switch and the key in the door...same thing.

E-brake is up. Both trunk and engine deck are locked and loaded. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Check the two flaps on the rear sides that open up. There are tons of micro switches that need to be triggered for the top to work. It could also be you're low on fluid.

One of the rear seat belts got tangled up with the top mechanism behind the sear. They removed the seat belt. Reinstalled it. Recalibrated the top. All good.
