If it were me, and your interested in Carbon Fiber, just get the CF mirrors and skip the covers. IMO when you use covers for anything dirt, water, etc get in between and ruin the paint.

I do agree with fla996tt...but my mirrors have a little bit of burn marks due to shop going a little too crazy with the polisher.
I have them on mine and they are ok. I wouldn't do it on a lighter color car but it blends in pretty well on mine.
They all come from the same factory from my research. That said, I'd buy from a us seller. It's quicker delivery and you can do better on the price than the link you provided.

There are several board sponsors who are in the carbon fiber business, you should check them out. Two come to mind:
DB Carbon
MAcarbon
Suncoast Porsche Parts also has them.
Keep in mind a set is going to run $1200-$1300+, what is it you are trying to achieve? If it's the black look consider Plasti Dip or getting the mirrors painted.

CF wrap is another option unless you want totally glossy look. The clear coat could yellow over time and I have yet to see one that fits like a glove not to mention rock chips and such would eventually show imperfections over time.

Thanks for the comments guys.
Picked up a set of use mirror (cheap) going to have them wrapped, that way I save my original ...

I bought a set on Ebay a couple of years ago. They looked great and would have fit fine. In the end I sole them. I don't see any reason to have them stuck on regular mirrors. If I were going to install CF I would do it for weight reduction. That would mean purchasing CF mirrors, not covers.

Now over half of the aftermarket cf parts seems to come out of there.
Edit: I think the one in your link is the whole housing and not just a cf cover. That would explain the difference in pricing. Although the description is a bit ambiguous.

Ever since Taiwan started making them a few years ago, they've always been $100.
