Work on cars in San Jose this Saturday
I just wanted to mention that these are great gatherings. The people are very friendly and informative. I went to one and learned so much about my car. Thanks to Jeff and "Madam no fear" I can take apart my interior with speed and ease now. I've been looking forward to going to another one, but my schedule hasn't allowed it. Hopefully it will not rain this Saturday.
Seems that 'Madam No Fear' misplaced her spark plugs for the 30k service, but she will find them by Saturday - if not I have an extra 2.5 set. So, I have put her in charge of oil and filter changes so us guys do not have to get our hands dirty.
Our local group has been working on cars together for a few years. Even in the rain. But we have a 3 car empty garage to work in.
Looks like we will also be doing a brake pad and fluid change as the owner just emailed me that he has his parts. Good to work on Boxstirs and 996s side-by-side.
See some of you on Saturday. Jeff

Darn shame I missed it guys... I had Stephen from ImagineAuto.com and Kevin (the zero clearance turbo guru) here with me readying the car for the shoot out.
Sorry I didn't get back to you Kirby. My machine was on but I was already in the garage with the guys at 7am onwards so I missed it...
