Sure, Ceika coilovers work great. I was looking for a coilover for the street that has all of the options of a higher end cup / track setup. Part of the purchase process is that they ask you how you intend to use your car and build the coilovers accordingly (spring rates). I told them that it is a streetcar and that I am looking to have fun on the street, I would like it compliant and responsive, I want it low but it must be comfortable and not bouncy. They delivered and built my setup with softer spring rates, camber plates etc. It's dialed in with a bunch of goodies: 996GT3 cup arms, bump steer kit, F+R links, rear dog bones & toe links...and a fresh set of Pilot Sport cups. The whole package makes for an incredible driving experience. Can't wait for spring!

Super stoked on this write up. Thank you for this. I am also at about 86k miles and need to refresh. I was going to lower the car with a preferable set of GT3 coilovers, but even they are expensive used. This is now at the top of my list for a set.

What spring rates did they end up giving you?

Went with a http://fealsuspensionstore.com/home/ set up for $1,250.00 local here in So Cal for local pick up. 7 days to fabricate after order.
My son is very happy with them, debating what to use on my 997

Nice! I just ordered Ceika kit and hoping its as decent as they say. Time to start working on my project 996. Glad that there are cheaper options out there as I was only aware of the H&R brand and was going to pull the trigger on that until I started reading the forums here.

The other factor i considered is they are rebuildable if needed,1 year 20,000 mile warranty against manufacturer defects
