Orton Performance headers

anyone know anything about the 996 NA headers from orton performance. they look good and say they add 9 hp and 9 lb/ft. $1050 too which seems like a good deal and have a good design, equal length and merge collectors. anyone have?

I have heard of them, but they don't seem very popular...

dice996c4 is infamous around these parts
I do have them... Sound is defintely more throatier than stock especially in combination with an aftermarket exhaust or PSE... Quality is excellent... Don't know how much HP gain I had but the car definitely had some kick.... Never bothered dynoing my car after the install...

I have them and love them. They are excellent quality and bolted right up with no leaks-I opted for Porsche OEM gaskets. They are a bit louder than stock but definitely help out in the HP department and my car seems as if it revs much quicker after the install. Go for it.

Did you lose any Low-End? I;m thinking of going with the OEM 997S Headers? How big are the Orton Headers compare to Stock?

As far as I can tell I did not lose any low end but I did not do back to back dyno runs. The car feels more powerful and zippier across the board.

Not sure on the difference in size-you might call Neil at Orton to discuss with him. I've never heard of using the 997S headers but it sounds like an interesting idea...

I got them when they did their special intro pricing back in the day. A steal at $600 plus shipping and tax... I'm not sure what they go for nowadays but compared to what else is out there and how much it all costs, these still appear to be a great value (depending on price obviously).
