Looking for pics with SSR GT3's

on a 911 narrow body.

Also can anyone tell me how big the lip is on the rear for the 18X10" wheel?

Thanks!

I think a typical lip on a narrow body is 2" front and 3" rear...I think.

Since I cannot link a picture directly from Hobbystage, check out my friend Sennasixty8's car.

WARDHOG is infamous around these parts
I have SSR GT3s with Yokohama AVS Sports and love the tires. The rims are very nice to look at especially if you have red calipers. Seems to me they stay cleaner because of the wide open space allowing dust to exit better. They are a biatch to clean and water puddles inside the dish when it rains or when washing. When it rains, your brakes get really wet and you have to brake earlier than normal compared to Porsche rims. Also, some dealers can't align your wheels because of the lips on the rims won't allow their tools to seat properly. Other than that, they really look great. Even though you want pics of GT3s on a narrow body, here's a link to some pictures of them mounted on my C4S.

Thanks for the pics guys they really helped. I'm bumed now because the wheels I want don't fit on my car. I want the huge lip like WARDHOG has but judging from your pics Kirby, the narrow body 18X10 has almost no lip.

I think I already know the answer to this, but what would happen if I put the 18X11.5" rims on my car? Offset would be wrong and they would stick out too far or it would be ok since the Turbos and C4S' run spacers and I wouldn't.

Also Kirby can you tell me what suspension is on the silver 996 with the SSR GT3s?

Thanks again guys!

You may want to check out Tirerack.com to see if 18"X11.5" would fit with spacers for you car or call John at Wheel Enhancement. Turbos and C4S don't use spacers.
