RejeX'd the Grey Ghost.
 

I just used RejeX based on Kirby's recommendation. Very interesting stuff. Extremely slick to the touch, quite reflective, and easy to apply. Have not had it in the sun yet to examine for swirling or build-up but plan on going out this morning for some photos.

You guys can decide when I post the shots... stay tuned.

i was reading the rejex website info... and it says you dont wax after applying the product. Is that true? Or did you (and Kirby) still wax after using the rejex? Im pretty interested in the stuff and cant wait to see your results and analysis.

I too am interested in the Rejex product. At the same time I would be interested in knowing the process you guys followed before you applied Rejex ie complete cleaning steps :D

Here are the photos. The shine is very nice and did not find any swirls or build-up. The application was rather easy... just wash the car well and apply as directed, wipe on, let dry to a haze and wipe off. Very easy to use. Did try a small area with P21s but found that it was not required... in fact it made the paint feel less slick than with RejeX alone. Since my care is a daily driver, I am curious to see how it hold up under the pressure.

Looks awesome Britt!! Did it have to sit and cure like the website said or is it ok to be driven after application?

Britt, Do your rims also! Brake dust comes off much easier.

Like I mentioned before I've had my car for 9 months and have yet to actually wash it. All I do is after a long drive or once a week I just wipe down with a little detail spray. This stuff really works and just an FYI I have no affiliation with the company, it's just good stuff.

Looks awesome... but is it just me, or does that look like two different cars? (First with GT2 spoiler, and the other two without)

I might just try this stuff myself... how many applications is the 16 oz bottle good for?

I think the GT2 wing looks nice from that angle...

Also, is this the first time you have used it, if not, how long does it usually last, and do you think it looks shinier than wax?

Also, does it cover the swirl marks?

I've used it 3 times so far, not sure how long it will last. It says 4 to 6 months, but I doubt it. I just apply a new coat every 3 months or so. As for swirl marks, I can't say. One of the great things about a seal grey car is it hides the swirl marks already.

Basically you can use what ever product you used before to get rid of swirls and stuff, just finish it off with RejeX. Don't put anything on top of RejeX as it won't stick to the car.

On my Miata, I apply a coat of polish and then RejeX.

Ed, I let it sit in the garage for 2 days but I don't really know if that made much difference. They say to wait 12 hours beforetaking it out into the elements.

Kirby, i did do the wheels on the outsides but I need to get inside and get them really good. BTW, thanks for the tip on this stuff... I will probably get rid of all my other waxes.
