I think it looks the best with the contrast. It also matches up with the vents on the sides also. I'd just paint the front lip instead.

I think the white vents would look great,
IF
you have two tin can exhausts in the back.

personally....I would keep them black.
It looks a bit too reminiscent of the 80's crazy gemballa avalanche style body kits. I automatically think Miami Vice, lol.
