FVD Gen 2 exhaust installed with VIDEO...

After finally figuering out the problem with my exhaust installation, the TT is running perfect. The two IC tubes had come loose and were causing the car to stall and also not make any boost...after searching for a while we found the problem and fixed it. Special thanks to TT Surgeon for being so helpful and even discussing the problem with me over the phone, thanks again Chris, can't wait to meet up with you. Back to the exhaust, I finally feel like my car sounds like a "real 911 Turbo" It's definetly the loudest TT I have ever heard, and for me that's good because it isn't my daily driver. I can also say there is no drone, which I was nervous about. The build quality of the exhaust, tips and cats looks impeccable, big thanks to Rhonda at FVD for being so helpful and also keeping me posted on the exhaust build and delivery from Germany.

So here you go guys, the video......enjoy and let me know what you think

Thanks for all the compliments, any time you guys want to meet up I more than up for it. The tips look terrific, they really change the rear of the car.
PM me when you guys are available and we'll set something up.

Nyamg,

So glad you like the exhaust. Our new systems are incredible!! We appreciate the video as well!! Your set up is with the 200 cells HJS cats so just imagine what the cat bypass version sounds like!!

We have developed these systems with the U.S. in mind. These systems are no holds barred, downright mean and nasty. Something that I have been dying to share with everyone for a long time. They are some of the best sounding systems I personally have heard. In person they sound even better! Our new systems are also the more powerful due to 2 3/4 inchediameter tubing all the way through.

Here is a little more info on the exhaust...

- 200 Cell high flow, tri metal german HJS sport catalysts

- T 316 stainless steel for improved durability over T 304
- 4 x 3.5"(90mm) round tips
- Cone style catalytic connection design to prevent exhaust leaks
- Includes quick release clamps
- Made in Germany
- Modular design for 100 cell, 200 cell or bypass use
- Intoxicating growl at idle, partial throttle and wide open throttle
- No DME programming necessary (On 200 cell version)
