As many of you know I have been working at FVD in Germany. This past weekend I took a trip up to Stuttgart. Where else right??? I have been anxiously awaitng the new museum´s opening and was fortunate enough to be sent over after it´s grand opening!! I can´t even begin to describe the feeling of being in the same room with the cars I fell in love with as a little girl!! I obviously have certain favorites as you will see but the ambiance is absolutely amazing!!! Half of a morning and the afternoon were certainly not enough....I shouldn´t have gone to the benz museum the following day but couldn´t resist. Afterall cars are what I adore and well, I had to see as many as possible...







































This is just installment one I have so many pictures it´s absolutely ridiculous..

There were so many people around that you could rarely ever get a clean shot of a car..

Thanks for sharing these pictures. In the past 3 times that I've gone there, the museum was still under construction. Perhaps, I'll go again soon. But in any case I look forward to seeing more!

Thanks for the Rep N2it, there is really not need to do that though. All of this is for all of us who are so passionate about these cars...that´s all. But I thank you, regardless.

I missed the old one (knew it wasn't great) when I was there in early Nov. but the MB museum was awesome!

So Greta, you going to visit Peter again anytime soon?! I just did an individual trip that he put together and it was still one of the best things I ever did. Not a day goes by that I don't think about it - especially when i'm driving on our lousy roads, worrying about cops LOL! I can't wait to go back.

 

It actually used to be 10 pictures per post. That was really annoying. Just post the pictures, wait about 30 seconds and post again, and again, etc. You can easily post many more than 20 pictures that way.
