NR Auto Body kit +HRE P40's completely finished!
I wonder what techart is thinking right now?
These parts that are a "replica" of the $40,000.00 Techart parts sounds like a great deal for $5,000.00. Is there any patent or copy issues that members who buy them have to be concerned with?
Understand the cost savings, given that, how does material and quality compare with the Techart parts?
I would like to know the type of material also. In the Techart kit they also include Carbon Fenders and Carbon Hood.
If you want to compare apples to apples you should know that Techart sells a "Type 2" kit which consists of a similar front and rear bumper but with a different style wing from the GT Street Wing. That kit is about $15,000 I think with the side skirts.

I am not the manufacture, so anything legal is between TechArt and those companies is their business. Members would not have to worry about anything either. The material that they use is a high quality composite and fiberglass. The front bumper has a carbon lip and the rear bumper a carbon diffuser. As far as quality, as you can see by the OP, the fitment and finish once installed is great. I personally have the REAL TechArt side skirts on my 997TT, there is no much different in fitment.
car looks great bro, You have been waiting for long time but totally worth it. I only have one question regarding the rear bumper what kind of exhaust did you put in the car because i remember there was some issue with the fitment of the rear bumper and exhaust outlet.
