loose plug cause a chirp?

have the car up on the rack gas shutoff so it wond start.when compression reaches the middle clclinder we hear a loud chirp (gotta be air escaping) this only happens on rotation when the clclinder reaches the top position and forces air out.thought it was a head gasket except no collant leaks no escape marks did a smoke test nothing, if the plug was loose could the compression cause this noise?? car runs strong, no smoke any color, just this dam chirp
