I have an 09 TT and am having trouble linking the BB phone to the unit. My phone is a BB 9630. My dealer told me that Porsche was having trouble linking its PCM up to that model BB. I dont know what to believe. The PCM recognizes the phone but cannot connect with it. It used to connect with my old BB but i always had trouble using the lever near the steering wheel to answer calls. I am wondering if my PCM is broken with regards to connectivity with the BB device. Any help? Porsche seems to be giving me the run around with regards to fixing it.

 

First thing is, do you have the most updated PCM software? Also, I usually search for the car through the BB as opposed to the BB through the car.
