Boost questions

Does the boost number increase: 1.1(4)->1.2bar or 1.1(9)->1.2bar?

How many see 1.3bar on the dash with just flash and exhaust? Which tuner play with the ignition timing?

depending on the tuner , some tune for less boost more timing , and some tune for high boost with a bit less timing.
