Can the speed at which the spoiler rises be modified?

Hey guys - probably a total newb question, but is there a way to modify the speed at which the rear spoiler will rise? i.e. a way to go into the computer via PIWIS or something and tell it to bring the spoiler up at say 55mph instead of 75?
This would be cool imo ...

why go thru all that trouble? you can just manually raise the spoiler with the button on the far left of the PSM button. (right infront of the shift knob)

I don't know about changing the speed at which it rises, but I do know that it can be disabled entirely to stay up or down. After getting my rear wing, I had it programmed to stay stationary.

+1

Spoiler hydraulics can be turned off while the wing is in the up or down position.

Thanks guys.
I was aware that it can be manually raised or lowered, just thought it would be neat to have it set to automatically go at a lower speed - one that I hit more often around the city. Personally thought this would be kind of a neat, albeit subtle, mod.
Maybe I'll run it by a porsche shop or two. Let you know if I find out anything.
Cheers

I am curious about this as well. I would love to have it go up at slower speeds and retract on lower speed as well.

Any way to do this?

How much slower do you want it to go down. It's set to go down at 35mph, if temps aren't too high. You might as well just leave it up all the time. :D

Yeah... I can't be the only one who blips it up to 75 to get the wing to come up, then settles back to a more speed limit friendly pace.
:D

How can you disable the hydraulics spoiler to stay up all the time? I did not know there was a way to do this...

Thanks

I think I aw something in the Durametric about the spoiler. I will look when I get home from this trip again.

Can this be done on the C2S? Would there be a heating issue?
