Escort 9500ci with Integrated Rear View Mirror Display

Radar-Mirror.com is a new 6speedonline sponsor and we would like to introduce ourselves with an exclusive offer for 6speedonline members.

For a limited time we're offering to integrate the 9500ci display module into your factory auto dimming mirror for FREE (a $499 value) with the purchase of a new Escort 9500ci Radar and Laser System at MSRP $1699.

If you already own the 9500ci we will integrate the display module into your mirror for $499. We also offer the option to convert the display from blue to red.

We have a limited number of 9500ci systems available for this promotion.

Custom integrated displays in factory rear view mirrors have been available for years but until recently the only options for performing the modification involved either etching a permanent pattern out of the mirror surface or replacing the glass with a standard two way mirror that required losing the auto dimming feature, a compromise few were willing to accept.

Radar-Mirror.com has spent years developing and perfecting a process to offer vehicle owners the best of both worlds... a custom transflective (two way) mirror that eliminates the need to etch an undesirable pattern out of your mirror and preserves the auto dimming feature.

Integrated displays for factory 911's with manual dimming mirrors will be available in 30 days.

More information is available at www.radar-mirror.com. Orders can be submitted to [email protected]. Please mention that you are a 6speedonline member to receive this special offer. Radar-Mirror.com is an Authorized Escort Dealer.

Scott does outstanding work. If you ever wanted a stealth radar detector in your stock mirror, this is the way to go.

Excellent!!! However... How could Canadian customers take advantage of this offer?
...or is this limited to folks in your local area?

I have 2 9500ci Mirrors on order with Scott and I am hoping they are back and installed by the weekend!

I will post up pictures when I get the car back together. Scott, nice talking with you. Appreciate the discount!

Hi Scott, so what's the protocol... do you send a mirror with the 9500 box set, or would I have to remove and send my mirror to you for retrofitting of the mirror internals.

Hi, Scott,

I see from your picture that it looks like a 997 autodim mirror?

I have a 2011 997.2 TTS, if I purchase the 9500ci box set; will I have everything I need for an installation? Also, any recommendation for an installer in Northern California?

It will also be great if you can have some pictures of the system in a completed car so we can have an idea as to where all the pieces may go.

TIA

We can do it either way. If you prefer for us to ship a pre-built mirror with the 9500ci there's a $400 refundable core charge added. We credit the full $400 as soon as we receive your original mirror back.

If your mirror differs from this one just email me a picture of the mirror. All of the 911's I've seen either have the auto dimming mirror pictured here or a manually dimming version. We will be able to do the manual dimming mirrors in about 30 days. I will find some installation pics from a 911 and post them asap.

I've seen this in operation, it's even more impressive when it saves you from a speeding ticket.

I am seeing Alek tomorrow. Do I get the same special for the entire 9500ci system if I go through him? Do I need to order the system myself and bring to him for installation?

The mirror I have is the autodim unit and looks very much like the one in the picture except there is the word "Auto" in the center between the two "button-like" depressions.

You will need to order the system directly from us. The mirror that says Auto on it is fine.

What is the exact procedure for doing this and how does the mirror integrate with the radar detector?

The 9500ci system has a separate independent display module that must be mounted inside the cabin (somewhere). We're simply integrating the display module into the factory rear view mirror - other than that the rest of the system is installed and operates normally.
