WOW, crazy that it comes so close to Alligator Alley (I75) and most people probably never knew it was there! I didn't....

Heard about this a while ago... interesting to hear it's for sale! Already looked into it with a couple friends and even though there are some stout legal requirements for any gathering there, it can be worth it.

The dreams of someone buying it with motorsports enthusiasts in mind to go drive their cars are probably just that -- dreams. The liability and legal issues would probably not make it worth the risk.
That place is literally 50 yards from Alligator alley. wow...

The track (1 Mile) is down there already waiting to approved by Miami officials. This couullldd taakkkeee foorrreeee evveeerrrr.
