Quick question about coolant level
 

I did search for this but couldn't find the answer.

When my car his is running on idle the coolant level is at the MAX line but when I turn it off and let it sit for a little while, the coolant level goes near the MIN line.

Is it normal? I do not see any leak anywhere.
