Videos of the best runs of Porsche 911 Turbo (997) Mk.1 DT1200R during the Unlim 500+ event held in Greece. This Porsche is the holder of 1 mile world record — 23.669 sec at 370.75 km/h trap speed. Its best ¼ mile result is 9.605 sec at 246.74 km/h trap speed and its also world record for tiptronic Porsches




Below you can see its acceleration performance fixed with the help of Race Logic equipment:

0-100 km/h — 2.4 sec
0-200 km/h — 5.9 sec
0-300 km/h — 13.6 sec

It sounds like you can hear the torque converter lock up (in fifth gear) on the second pass.

Would I be correct?

What strengthening was done to the TIP? Clutches, Valve Body, TCU and ?
How about the Torque Converter?

Wow, the car can go from 0-200km/hr faster than mine can go from 100-200km/hr. That is F#$#%ing amazing!
