Trouble contacting BBI - anyone know what's up?
 

BBI was on my short list of tuners/shops but have been impossible to contact and I'm wondering if they are still in business or what. I chatted with Betim at the Festival of Speed and he said he'd send some info and follow-up -- nada. Later I tried emailing -- bounced. Tried their web contact form -- silence. Tried phone -- voicemail not returned.

Anyone here know what's going on, or how to reach them? I assume this is not the norm and it seems like they have a strong reputation but this is not looking too good.

I would give them a shout tomorrow. I was there today and they were slammed.
