Engine "Refresh" Timetable for Track Time?

So I was talking to a fellow Road Racer who has a Corvette Z06 built by Katech Engineering (Guys who build motors for GM on CTS-Vs) and he asked me what my engine refresh timeline was. I said that I wasn't sure and he told me that it was recommended for every 30hrs of track time on his built motor.

So that got me thinking, what is the recommended refresh time on a 997.1TT with stock internals running moderate-serious upgrades as far as track hours go?

I have about 70hrs of hard track time on my Rturbo motor and it's still running without any issues whatsoever. I plan to do a rebuild at the end of this season as I will be coming up on a 100hrs at that point. Cup car motors are generally rebuilt at 80-100hrs and they are running substantially less HP but living their life higher up in the rev range. As a result, 100hrs seems like a good teardown interval. I will be adding an 997GT3 crank along with a GT3RSR oil pump, Carillo rods, and probably 3.8 pistons/liners. I plan to stay around 600hp or so with durability my main focus. Depending on cost, I'd like to explore doing some headwork to raise the rev limit to 7500 rpm or so.

Cool. I appreciate the information. I figure when it is time for a "refresh" I will send it down to the guys at Champion for them to do their race build and then turn up the boost on their VTG kit to see what kind of HP I can really make on their setup.
