997.2 Turbo Stock Suspension Question - Seeking right camber/toe for track

Hello,

I was told by my shop that the most I can do with an alignment based on a stock suspension is the following:

-1.0 Front
-2.0 Rear

From reading at previous posts, It seems that most favored a -2.5 front, -2.0 rear with a .14 toe for better performance at the track. If you have a better setup for a track please share

It was a bit disappointing to know that I cant go any further under the stock suspension. Is it true?

What changes would I need to make? Shop suggested a RSS Front lower control arm kit will get me to the -2.5 front

Thoughts?

I run -2.5front -2.0 rear. Get tarett camber plates for front, easy install.

Actually -2.5 is max for RSS Front Lower control arm, if you put more, then front driveshaft comes out from differential, so camber plates are good idea.
It depends from track, but I get better times after installing sway bars, than adding 0.5 degrees more camber. More camber means more tire wear, I drove -3 degrees about 100 miles and inside were 1mm more wear than outside tire.
