I think Mitch/Cobb could make that work with the software actually.
I dunno about this being on the same track as that 991, but there is ANOTHER 991 that just ran 9.7@141 at a completely different track in the middle east

It's actually the same track - Qatar. But weird check out the slip it says February 13 so it was done a month ago:

Must be more than one track in Qatar then. Good for them. I have to drive 200 miles for a sh*t track in SoCal and they have multiple fast tracks lol. Gotta love Cali. Anyway check out this ref to Qatar Racing Club which is where the 991 did the 9.7 at 141... says some of the fastest times in the world can be set at that track from trackreviewers.com:

We may be talking about different cars though. I was referring to the 9.7 991tt and the 9.8 tt. One was Qatar and the other Abu Dhabi.
This 997.2tt was also at Qatar, probably the same event
141 mph on stock turbos is pretty insane. That is like 700+ WHP in a 997.2 or 991 Turbo. Seems a little high for stock turbos. This would make more sense on 68's or something.

Back to the PDK software - Would it be something you guys could do? I have seen slower 991TT's launch so much better but get reeled in by 3rd gear. I'm pretty confident the PDK in the 991 uses the same hardware but as updated software. Please make it happen!
