Hopefully you don't but, when was the last time you pressure checked them?

Thanks all..
So I got a chance to take a short drive tonight.. I didn't get a chance to get some full logs, but I was able to see that my iats were much lower than before when I had a similar Outside temperature.
I did learn about boost leaks, in that my first drive out I was noticing a light whooshing sound and my boost was only reaching 15psi.. I came home and put it up on the lift and pulled out my boost leak tester.. Sure enough, I couldn't get it to 5psi without it leaking out at the Y-pipe connection to the TB. It looked good visually but apparently the clamp was just off enough that it was leaking.. Surprised me.. Fixed the clamp and now it's back to normal boost levels.. I plan to data log while I'm on the dyno on Friday.

never, lol. But I do datalog regularly. The obvious boost leaks were reasonably easy to track down. Most recently the dealer either broke or forgot to replace one of the clamps on the plenum (or it coincidently disappeared). You could hear something. The boost wasn't quite as strong. I obviously didn't continue beating the car. I tracked it down by inspecting the clamps. On review of the datalogs I could see that the turbo duty cycle on boost went from low 40s to 60s so it was clear there was a boost leak.

So the Softronic tune lets you go to 1.7bar? That was measured with thr Torque app, yes?

To be clear this was about peak....and depending on speed and other variables it fluctuates, but Scott does a great job of bringing a lot of power smoothly and safely. I have a lot of confidence in his ability, and his integrity

Also the aluminum lips on the ICs themselves need to be trimmed or bent over. They are very soft and easy to trim with tin snips.

Is there an easy way to tell if the car already has GT2RS intercoolers without removing the bumper? Like for 996 Turbos, the easy way to tell if the car has X50 intercoolers, is to look through the bottom vent and check if the Intercooler fins are raised.

Meticulous install good sir!
Both ducts need to be trimmed if you want the original clips to work. it's not just the lip on the inside, the corners/ends need some adjustment (basically the corner cut out)
