911 GT2 RS vs 991 GT3 RS PDK

Watch all the races again...he's leaving in the wrong gear and has to shift early...I'd just leave it in 3rd ...don't believe the gt3 should ever have a jump like that.....either that or the gt3 is just getting the jump....I raced a gt3 last fall and yes he jumped a little maybe 1/2 car but nothing like this race..

Yes, the GT2RS must be not well driven, a 991GT3RS is behind my tuned 993TT which is only 560crankHP/820Nm at a rolling start from 50 to 280kph.
The same 993 equals a "single" 997GT2 from 50 to 300, the 2RS is ahead.

I personally disagree. The 991 GT3/RS are very fast below 100. The gearing and PDK make up for a lack of power very well until around 100 mph. This can be seen in the quarter mile times also. I ran an 11.30 @ 124. That's a really fast ET for the trap speed. The car is a beast in the eighth mile and on the back end the lack of power becomes more apparent.

+1 Above
the 997tt vs 991 gt3 start was good for 3rd gear where the pdk and N/A engine will not shine anymore. not saying the gt2rs start was good or not, but 50-60kmh or 40mph is good for 2nd gear start only, no way 3rd gear as somebody said above

that is lag of the turbos, also pdk has shorter gears and pushes way stronger in the very first moments especially at lower speed, after that... ok... game over
For N/A engine and big aero the gt3rs is a serious performer even in straight line, I would get the 991 gt3rs if have to choose between both of them
