Side skirt loose - how to reattach

Greetings! My 08 turbo’s driver side side-skirt has come loose near the rear tire. It looks like a mounting screw has worked its way out from the above mounting bracket but perhaps a clip has broken. Pictures are attached. I cannot figure out how to get above the mounting bracket to repair. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Had a similar issue recently. I believe you need one of these clips: https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_In...=0&SVSVSI=0950

Bottom part of clip (flat plane) slides into side-skirt (your car seems to still have this part of the clip). Top part of clip (the round plastic nub) pops up into a hole in the rocker panel (your car seems to be missing this nub -- though maybe it detached from clip and is stuck in rocker hole).
