These BBi Autosport Porsche Turbo Race Headers featuring optimized exhaust runner lengths and merge collectors made from Inconel using an advanced 3D printing manufacturing process. We chose Inconel super alloy as a material of choice rather than stainless steel for its extraordinary properties. It's superior thermal fatigue strength, anti-corrosion and heat resistance properties makes it the most desirable material for extreme applications. The 3D printing manufacturing process allows us to produce complex design and shapes for optimum flow.
