Thanks Mike and thanks DoDaLeCa! I will either look for a 997.2 with the LSD - I'll run the vin and check the options list or I'll look for a Turbo S without centerlocks and as Mike mentioned just have the brakepads painted to preferred color.

My last question is if I found a 997.2 Turbo without LSD but planned to mod the car anyway could I just have the shop that does the work install a quality aftermarket LSD? Is that an option and if so normally what type of cost can one expect for that?

I think the PCCB are worth the price difference. Have you driven a car with them?

 

so what is the list of options to have on the TTS exactly should be the correct question.

 

 

 

Some turbos come with all of those options too right? The one I'm buying has all mentioned above plus Aero, Carbon, CL/PCCB, and GT2 seats.

 

Don't forget the Active Engine Mounts that come stock on the Turbo S vs. an option on a Turbo.
Awesome option IMO as well.

Just get a Turbo S with 5 lugs and you're set.
