Get access to oem ecu
Hi.
i would like to know if its any way to get some kit so i can tune my ecu myself,or must i buy a stand alone ecu like
aem/maxxecu/ecumaster ect, i do ecu mapping on standalones and also have a dyno to map in so the tuning is no problem, but im new to the porsche platform and try and read and learn as much as i can but i know its a lot of skilled ppl in here that can help me in right direction,
it would be good if i could get any kit so i can tune via odb.
best regards//M

I mean anything, trying to do it yourself. Motors are expensive to replace, and a custom tune is under $1500 from a third party. But you have experience

I do all the engine works my self and also the mapping, ill provide a couple of photos on the car cuz she is top notch .
but what I wanted was a good way into the oem ecu and cobb had a option for that, but now it looks like thay dont offer that kit any more, and then a stand alone ecu is next step instead.

I think for the cost of a KESS, WinOLS, DAMOS it would be cheaper to get a Syvecs. Plus you have a LOT more functionality and options with the Syvecs as far as tuning, safety features, etc.

I did cancel the syvecs, it does not support odb2 and that is a must here in sweden to pass the car inspection every year, and i cant have no fault codes when thay check, so back at point 1 again.
i have see a kitt called open flash tablet for porsche
is anyone using it and does it works good , price looks real decent if it performs as it says and it can also be tuned via pc.
