Quick Q - Bigger Injectors

Did some searching but wasn't able to find a conclusive answer.

Currently have stock turbos and a softronic tune, seems like the stock injectors are able to keep up with the boost increase, but just want to make sure that I am not hurting my engine by letting it run more "lean" as the stock injectors may be struggling to keep up? Would it be helpful to have larger aftermarket fuel injectors? Would this help with the linearity of the power, especially at higher RPMs?

Thanks
B

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but running some logs or dyno pulls and reading the air/fuel ratios is the proper way to check if you're running safe levels of fuel pressure

Is this on a 997.1 or 997.2? I would suggest logging injector duty cycle, air fuel ratio, and fuel pressure.

Hello all our files made for the stock Turbos from the 996TT,997.1TT 997.2TT and so on do not require different injectors. Different injectors are used when changing the turbos or increasing the boost pressures outside of the stock tuned setting and so on. You can give us a call should you have any further questions.

Best,
Scott

I would suggest logging injector duty cycle

Yup...injector duty cycle. Try to keep it under 85-90% WOT so you have a little headroom.
