ECU/TCU tune done, Gauge cluster fixed, Temp control replaced

Just gotta give kudos to Marek at Markski Tuning for helping me tune my TCU and ECU... such great guy and customer support is unmatched...
the car is so much better slow speed, city driving. WOT.. wow! Ive tried a lot of tunes in the past this by far one of the best, car is very linear especially combined with the TCU tune... I just need a new exhaust lol! love driving the car...
also got my gauge fixed from autotronics UK... for $325 its such a great service... DHL pickup and delivered if you have a gauge driver issue its another $153...
I also replaced the temp controls from climarepair... which is pretty easy...

Some pics... TCU is a pain to take out if you have big hands i dont ..lol!!

Good on you. I bought the TCU tune off Markski but then couldn't figure out how to get the trim off to get to the unit itself! Ran out of time before the Xmas break and haven't looked at it again.

One of the hardest parts is getting the screw out through the small hole in the pillar trim without dropping it. To get it back in a magnetic tip or a piece of tape will help.

Tbh I couldn't figure out where to start - there was no obvious areas to remove to get the trim off. Did you follow a DIY thread or just figure it out?

Just started pulling. Door sill trim first then upper rear seat latch then most of it just pulls off if I remember correctly. I know there is the one screw that is pretty deep that allays drops down but once you pull the panel you can retrieve it. I think you also need to remove the lower seat belt bolt. Getting the tcu out of the bracket and plugs disconnected is a challenge if you have big hands also. Just pull the carpet back and undo the plug first. I was able to snake it out after that.

did you test FVD Tune before?
