Gotta post an experience I have had with an unbelievable vendor - flat6motorsports

Long story short: Installed a BBI slave upgrade purchased through Flat6motorsports. They shipped it out quickly, and item arrived brand new.

We had an issue - not due to any fault of Flat6 or BBI. I emailed them about the issue with cautious optimism as I have heard great things about Jon, the owner, and I knew BBI was great company with great products.

It would be normal business practice for most vendors to have the unit shipped back to them first for inspection. But Flat6motorsports and BBI cares about their customer first and foremost. They knew that for me to do this, my car would be immobile at the service shop, and the turnaround time could easily be 10 days or more.

Jon asked me a few questions. I responded. Next day, Jon co-ordinated with BBI and they sent me a new unit immediately, with a return shipping label. You cannot imagine what a difference this makes for a customer with their car sitting on a hoist.

I cannot say enough good things about Jon and Chris @ Flat6motorsports and BBI. Both companies know what customer service really means and stand by their products.

If you need to buy anything Porsche related, buy from them and rest at ease. These guys are the best!
