Just in case anyone was wondering what the gear ratios was for the Tip and Manual on the 997TT. And also the speed to gear ratio on the Tip S. :)

depends on redline rpm in the tune and tires you are using.

6750 rpm, -305/30/19
I believe those are stock sizes and rpms, not sure how people are hitting 60-130 in 4th. I think my 4th ends closer to 125

You will not hit 130 with stock redline, needs 7.0-7.1 redline to get there in 4th ... You can find the gear ratios and speeds in the owner's manual
