Help with back order part

I removed the engine from my 2008 911tt three months ago to change some hoses, but there is one that does not exist, and the dealer here in Mexico does not give me a delivery date. the part is 99710723977
Does anyone know what to do?

When I google the part #, there are several online retailers that have it in stock. Perhaps contact them about shipping to Mexico?

Correct, you should look at any way to repair that part (welding the metal or replacing the tube). They are not available anywhere.

Yes, I think the places that offer it are waiting for the dealer to supply them.
The question is: Are they going to make it one day?

Usually there will be a different status - no longer available vs. back ordered or any other status. The last time I went looking (for a different turbo pipe) I found a "waiting on new supplier" message regarding the part. I wasn't going to wait so I fixed it (mine was easy). Depending on what is wrong with yours, (by the way, what is wrong with it?) you might be able to repair it.

Yes I can repair it, but I have to remove the engine to change it some other time, that's why I wanted to put it OEM ... but that's what I'm going to do, let you know the results

We were discussing that, those engine is having that problem nowadays. you may try to find the superannuated 99710723976, I got one from halfway around the world, it is possible but extremely difficult to find new.

99710723977 back ordered everywhere so you might try to contact before purchasing. I tried with US/UK/Europe all to no avail. They would show it in stock or available but in reality it is nowhere to be found.
