Upgrading stock VTG's, project parts needed?

I've ordered a set of upgraded VTGs from Sam and I was planning to install them soon so I can get the cores back quickly. I'm trying to order all the o-rings and gaskets I'll need to do the job from Pelican Parts. Does anyone have a parts list handy? The service manual also mentions something called "Kluber Syntheso Glep" for greasing the o-rings. What is a safe substitute for this?
I'm also installing aftermarket intake pipes per Sam's recommendation. I read the DIY for this and it was extremely helpful.
I've done turbo installs before and they were pretty easy on my 996 even with the additional water lines required. Since these are a simple bolt on I am assuming they will be even easier. One last question...since I'll have access I want to do the plugs at the same time. Last time I installed the stock plugs. Is there a different plug that should be used with the mods I have (in signature + 68mm Tial/HTZ billet VTGs)?

Not sure if you still need this info or not, but for the o-rings you can use 3M Silicone Paste. Its what I used and highly recommend it. Found at most autoparts or on Amazon.

Thanks for the tip. I actually ended up using vaseline on the o-rings and it worked fine. The job went very smoothly and the results are incredible! These TiAL 68mm VTGs are a no compromise solution...no noticeable lag and tuned to provide all the power the stock internals can handle. I read a lot of posts when researching which upgrade path to take and I got the wrong impression about what the VTG platform can produce. Perhaps 5-8 years ago there was more experimentation going on but Tial can do incredible things with them today. With Sam's tuning I have more power than my goal with a few simple bolt-ons (exhaust, upgraded ICs, intake pipes, 75% meth spray).

Good to hear its running good, yup Sam has always done a solid job for me (can read about it in my build thread). I think we have been running e85 in my car since 2016 and upgraded VTGs since 2017. The car continues to run as solid as day 1, been well over 700whp since 2017 I believe, can't believe its been that long. For the money and ease of install, a porperly setup upgraded VTG car with e85 or methanol injection is hard to beat. Sure someday I'll swap to WGT turbos, but I can't say I havent been happy with my VTG setup. Of course we always want more lol.

Enjoy it!
