I have no idea what mods were done to the car, but I recently watched a 997TT Tiptronic do an 11.9@116ish at 6000' elevation. Thats pretty impressive as well.

My tiptronic car stage 3 does 0-400m 11.6 with 206kmh The funny part is that it does 0-100 always (with brake) 3.7 (driftbox results)

Yesterday I drove (for the second time) my buddy's 997TT with
just a Cargraphic exhuast. The car is torquey, smooth, easy to drive and just fricking NICE. Really great platform. Good luck with your mod path!
