I want a flat bottom wheel with the grips for a 996. My questions are do they come with airbags? You list a core charge but what if I don't have a 3 spoke sport wheel. I have a standard 996 4 spoke.

 

If you have a 996 4 spokes wheel, you have to get the 3 spokes wheel airbag (used one around $600, brand new for$900) to fit any 3 spokes 996 steering wheel
We can sell you the steering wheel without core exchange for $399 extra!

What is the possibility of running the steering wheel with no air bag but a cover?

 

Then you will lose the protection features airbag originally designed for
Some track car used the bypassed plug to disable the airbag and change the wheel to those Momo types, not our market. We really don't recommend this.
