Most easily identifiable is the size difference. the new GoPro has much smaller dimensions than the old unit. All accessories that are related to the size of the unit have changed. All mounting accessories remain the same.

WHITE EDITION-PRICE IS $199.00
This is the most basic of the cameras and is the cheapest of all three. It uses a 5MP camera with a 3 fps burst and it films in HD at 30 FPS. It also has built in WiFi.
