Need help with measurements on a 997 Exhaust.

Guys, can I ask for a 997 owner to help me with something? I was thinking of modding a 987 Boxster rear bumper to fit the 997 TCarbon rear diffuser and at the same time do to a custom exhaust with quad or dual tips similar to the 997.

Can I ask someone to measure the distance between the inside edge of each exhaust tip as well as the distance between the outside? I need to know if this will even be possible as I an not sure how much bigger the 997 bumper is.

OO<--------->OO this
>OO----------OO< and this

Thanks in advance.

Find a 997 and measure it yourself, then you won't be disappointed if someone's tape measure is mis-read. There must be a few 997's in the bay area.

EdoctaT is infamous around these parts
1.1 inches inside edge
1.3 inches outside edge
This is from my C2S.
That's rough data, though.

The inside distance between the exhaust on my car (997S with Stainless Tips) 28.25 inches, the outside is 41.5 inches.

From an ex Boxster owner to a Boxster owner - have Fun!

Wanted the whole length to see how wide the 997 bumper openings are (approx). I do appreciate you taking the time though.
