SC reliability for daily driver

I am seriously contemplating getting the VF supercharger for 997 c2 tiptronic that I have. It currently has about 28K miles on it and I know that I will void the warranty if i do get the SC. I believe the VF SC is about 10k or so i it will get me about 150HP gain on my C2. How is the reliability of the vehicle is I do get the SC and this will be a daily driver so am I going to suffer tremendously with the gas mileage as well?.. Any thoughts on my dilemma.

Depending on who does the install, it's a pretty reliable setup. It's all about who puts it in. The kit itself is rock solid and really transforms the car. I don't have experience with VF's customer service, but EVO was great when they were still selling the kit. I say go for it. Yes, it does eat a little more fuel, but only when you on the gas. I've have driven for hours at a time without ever even seeing positive boost on my gauge, essentially driving/and having it feel like a stock car. It's very tame when you want it to be.

Over 9000 trouble-free daily driving-type miles on my kit. I love it. It is worth traveling with or shipping the car to an experienced installer-i.e. cry now or cry later.
