Fair price for '05 S?

I need to come up with some business working capital so the car has to go. I don't have 100 posts yet (even though I've been a member for few years) so best I can do is ask for suggestions on pricing my car for a quick sale and I will post it for sail else where.
Here are the specs gentleman:

'05 997 S - Speed Yellow / Black
27k miles
Adaptive sport seats
sport chrono
PCCB
Factory 6 disc changer, Navigation
19" factory sport design wheels
apart from clear markers the car is bone stock.

I checked Manheim prices and I saw anywhere from $58k to $65k. This is my first porsche and never bought or sold any pcars before so I would really appreciate any feed back.

Moderator, you can delete or move this post if its in violation.

Suggestions for quick sell price $$$ ?

Thank you all for looking.

1 picture in the album?!
Anyway, 60 could be a very quick one.
Look for the listing on cars.com/autotrader....to see the range.

I would try $62K and see how you go, I just paid $71K but mine is an S Cab Tip / Full Leather with CPO with 16K (when purchased in June)

You may have to go a little lower, I like Speed Yellow personally, but not sure about it's viability on the used market.

I was in such a hurry to post this I only put one picture in, I will add more. I was thinking the same thing, 60-62 sounds very reasonable. The car is fully loaded minus PSE and CPO.

Thank you for your replys.

I hope it sells fast...... really need the money.....sometimes business is great....sometimes not so great.....slow paying customers.
Anyway, when I bought my Speed Yellow C2S back in '05, I saw it listed in Pasadena on a week day and drove 2 hours from Laguna Niguel to Rusnak Pasadena through traffic. I hope someone wants it as bad as I did.

27K miles and speed yellow ? Yikes . Mid 50's . Here's my reasons :
1) People are paying low 60's for CPO 06S cars with under 10K miles .
2) Speed yellow , although many do like it does sell as well as other colors .
3) That car has miles !!! Anything more than 10K miles =the first hit of Porsche depreciation . Anything over 20K =the second hit . Then its smooth sailing until 50K and THEN it's Timberrrrrrrr.

If he wants even one cent over 55K keep looking . For 62K you can get am impeccable 05 .

+1 on that buddy- Right on the money. Seriously, I was just pcar shopping for the past two months. Mid to high 50's tops. It is a soft seller's market.
I've also seen low-mi, 1-owner 06 S coupes selling for low 60's.
Sure some dealers are still paying WAY too much at Manheim, but again some of them have pre-paid overseas clients. Dealers with cars priced higher have been sitting on them for months.

Too bad you have to sell right now- Why not borrow the money for working captial? It's always wiser to risk with someone else's money

Thank you very much for all the great advises everyone. I have been on a lot of different forums in the past in this forum has the best group of helpful people hands down.
I can't and don't want to borrow any more money. I'm already stretched quite thin with finances. I hate to do it but it'll put my business back on track and down the road I'll reward myself with either a turbo or GT3. Let's see what the future holds in store for me.

Sorry to hear that you're parting with it. I just bought one with similar specs (minus the PCCB, plus the full leather + CPO and 17k miles) and it was below $60k. Like others said, getting a HELOC for that same amount would only be around $500 a month with the right bank. Either way good luck w the sale!

The car is in mint condition. I wash and detail myself, apart from some of the board sponsor detailers, I have yet to run into a car wash/detailer who can out do me.
As far as the warranty, its 4 years or 50k miles.

Can you please elaborate on the 'HELOC' ? I'm not familiar with it.
Thank you.
