I have been doing lots of research regarding 997 values and as we all know the price comes down to personal subjectivity. I am also in the process of selling my C2S 997 with better options about same mileage for its respective year and only difference is that mine is a coupe not a cab. I'm getting ridiculous offers anywhere from $52k to $56k. Makes me not want to sell my car. Thinking about going out and splurge on some mods 
so I feel better. The cab has tips, standard brakes and nothing special, so good luck to the seller but I just think it will be hard to sell at that price. These are only my personal opinions.
