That should be fine. The rears may be a little aggressive, but not too bad.

The fronts sound fine, but the rears are quite aggressive. They will stick out 16mm from reduced offset from factory offset of 67mm plus another 1/2" due to wider rims than factory.

HR spacers in rear is 15mm. My friend has one on TT, not so agressive, fits fine, looks much better. So I think 16mm not bad

He has a narrow body 997 with a 1" wider width than the standard 19 x 11. Your buddy has a TT (aka wider body), so in your case it would look ok.

I have 15mm spacers for my 19 x 11 rears with offset @ 52mm now. It's flushed with the fender.

With his proposed set up, I suspect it will protrude a bit over the fender.
