How to get 4 rims and tires to the track?

I posted in another thread about running track specific rims and tires, but how do i get them to the track... im thinking that I could fit at least 3 tires in the car reasonably, but what about the 4th? what contraptions are you guys using?

You may get away witht 2 inside the car but that is it.

In my old '87 carrera i used to fit all 4 mounted tires in the car.

Its so much easier to change them at home and drive them to the track.

Otherwise some people pay a shop that has alot of track customers to bring them to the track for them and they mount them for you etc.

You are not going to get 3 tires in a 997....possibly 2 front but not the rears.

Harbor Freight trailer with a hitch drilled through the license plate connected to the bumper. Or have the wife follow you to the track in the SUV.

If you do the R888's you can drive on the street with them. I do suggest you stay on street tires until you go solo. Street tires talk more to you and will keep you out of trouble more so than r-comp tires.

Anyway, I am super glad you are going to the track. I remember when you 1st started posting on 6speed and a lot of us here suggested track events to you.
