You can put clear side turn signals on it instead of yellow ones - it will look even better with them. I sort of thought that arctic silver cars come with them by default. And also would be great time to do clear bra on it to preserve the paint.

 

Thanks All! I have been through 3 Carrera's in 8 months, but think I finally found the right one. The first was an '09 C2 with PDK and as documented here I just couldn't get in to the PDK trannie.

The second was a very nice, super clean, low mileage '07 in Meteor Gray with Turbo rims which I was really enjoying, but when this 1.9% rate came along combined with great discounting I just couldn't resist trading up to the '09 engine. I'm looking forward to hitting 2K on the odo so I can see how different it feels from my well run in '07.

The dealership I worked with, Leith Porsche in Cary, NC, was great. They found this car for me at another dealer and allowed me on trade exactly what I paid for the '07 when I purchased it 3 months and 2000 miles ago.

I'm sure they are finding clean, low mileage, used cars easier to sell these days than new cars and were happy to see my '07 come back.

utkinpol: No, they *should* come with clears, but sadly no. I already have a set from my '07 that will be installed this weekend when I have a few spare minutes and the full front end clear bra has already been scheduled. I'm not having it done until next week though (gotta clay bar first) so I can't even drive it for about 8 days.

 

I really like the car!!!! It's understated color and tasteful options are ideal . I understand your sentiment about PDK as much as I understand the PDK fanatics feelings about the manual.

I happen to love both .. expensive dilema .. means one has to own one of each. You almost did this yourself considering the number of cars in the timeline . Had you just bought one of each on day one it might have solved everything.
