Cost to prep, paint, and install a Misha wing?

Anyone have any idea how much it costs to prep, paint, and install a Misha wing? I know it will vary, but it'd be helpful to know some ballpark #'s before I start to negotiate.

Anyone who did install can weigh in too, as I am an avid DIY'er, and would love to do this part myself, if it's not too bad. Looking at details, it seems pretty simple, if lengthy.

Hmmm....I wouldn't be surprised if the responses varied a lot. Some people might just give it a quick sand and spray it and others might make sure the parts are prepped properly. Check out this pdf from Getty for an idea of what's involved (or what should be involved):

I spent $500, for prep paint and install. It'll vary a lot though, that's just what I paid.

I paid $400 for Prep, Paint, & Install. It's also helpful if you have connections.

I would expect to get quoted anywhere from $500-$1000 for paint and install. As everyone knows cheapest is not always best, what you need to be comfortable with is the colour match, and the person who's doing it will get it right. Keep in mind your dealing with different materials so there will be some variation. I'm not too familiar with the Misha product but there will probably be some ecu programming/resetting that will need to be done so you don't get error messages when the spoiler is supposed to go up automatically. I had to deal with this when I got my spoiler installed. Make sure you post some pics once it's installed
