'09 997.2 Carrera S Wheel Offsets

Does anyone know the front and rear offsets for the '09 Carrera S with standard wheels?

A friend said he thought they were 57 front and 67 rear. Can anyone confirm or correct this information.

I really don't want to have to pull the wheels to see.

Thanks

Your friend is correct they should be the same offset as the 997.1S wheels.

Further wheel fitment question

OK, thanks very much for the verification.

Another question then follows. My stock wheels are 8" F and 11" R widths with factory 5mm spacers on the rears.

If I want to run Porsche 19" Sport Wheels (997G2Sport) that are 8.5" F and 11.5" R widths with 55mm F offset and 67 R offset (virtually the same as my stock wheels) will I still need to run my factory 5mm rear spacers?

Thanks

These wheels will fit nicely w/o spacers, the extra .5" will probably give a nice aggressive look. One can always try at the time and see if looks good, my guess is that you don't need them.
I installed a set of turbo wheels on my 997.2, with the "wrong" offset and 305 on the rears, and although they look a little plump, it is still tolerable, no rubbing or ricing

Thanks, I guess if I go without the spacers I will probably need to get shorter lug bolts or maybe not?

Likely yes, give your dealership a call and confirm it before spending money or taking unnecessary risks. I did that before moving towards my wheels.
