Try This On Your New Car, It Works!!
I use an electric blower to dry, get most of the water off wheels , mirrors, and other crevices, and then I use a chamois - WOrks great for me. A little extra work but the car looks great once it's done -
I've been using a blower ever since I read Kevin M's post.
Thank You Kevin!
Yes Redlinerobert, it's great to get the bulk of the water out of the wheels and cracks and crevices. I use a chamois also.
Only problem I have is not being able to blow it when I'm doing an early morning wash. Can't crank that thing up at 5 AM!
474 days of ownership and 78 washes.
Waxed / P21S x 4.

I always use one. The trick is to get one that blows above 200 mph. I had a lower one and it was frustrating. Now it blows dry in no time. An you keep your car much more scratch free.
Keep in mind a good wax job on it really helps to.
